Ying, you’re very welcome. I’m glad it works for you now. This is one of the main reasons why I live physical sunscreens. You can apply less, which feels more comfortable, but are still well protected. 🙂

You are right. I might have applied too much thus the sticky feeling. I used less than a pea size today and there is no discomfort. Fingers crossed my sunscreen search ends with this product. I cannot Thank you enough.

I’ve tried patting it on and rubbing it in. Both left me feeling sticky and uncomfortable. I’ll keep trying though. I am sick of testing new sunscreen that does not work on my skin. This only breaks me out minimal.

Ying, I’m sorry you are having problems with this sunscreen. Physical sunscreens tend to have a heavier consistency, and it can take a while to get used to them if you have only ever used chemical ones.

I pat it on because I get a more even coverage that way. On my skin, it sinks in really quickly. If you still get a sticky feeling, then maybe your skin is oilier than mine? Or you’re applying too much? Physical sunscreens create a shield on the skin that reflects UV rays away from it, so you don’t need to apply as much. A pea sized amount is enough.

Janessa, they make some great sunscreens. I love it that they load it with antioxidants. 🙂
